At JSON Master, your privacy is our highest priority. This privacy policy explains how we handle — or more accurately, how we don't handle — your data when you use our JSON formatting and validation tools.

The Short Version

Your JSON data never leaves your device. All processing happens in your browser using JavaScript. We don't have a server that receives, stores, or processes your JSON. Full stop.

Data Processing

JSON Master processes your JSON entirely in your browser. All formatting, validation, minification, and tree view operations are performed client-side using JavaScript. When you paste JSON into our tool, that data stays on your device. We do not receive it, log it, analyze it, or store it anywhere.

Information We Collect

We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage statistics such as page views and general feature usage to improve the service. This information:

• Does not include any of your JSON data or input
• Does not include personally identifiable information (PII)
• Is aggregated and cannot be traced back to you individually
• Is used only to understand which features are most useful

Google AdSense

We use Google AdSense to display ads on our website. Google AdSense may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to our site and other sites on the internet. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to our sites and/or other sites on the internet.

JSON Master uses a small number of cookies for essential functionality:

• Theme preference: We store your dark/light mode preference in localStorage so it persists between visits. This data never leaves your browser.

Our website uses the following third-party services:
